Cancellation Policy

Valid from 30 June 2022

Consumers have the right to cancellation in accordance with the following conditions, whereby the consumer is any natural person who has concluded a legal transaction that cannot be mainly attributed to their commercial or freelance professional activity:

Right to cancellation

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The cancellation deadline amounts to 14 days starting from the day the contract is concluded. In the case of products, the right to cancellation amounts to 14 days starting from the day on which you or a third party specified by you (who is not the bearer) took possession of the product. In order to exercise your right to cancellation, you must notify us (easybell GmbH, Brückenstraße 5A, 10179 Berlin, Germany, email: support@easybell.com) of your decision to revoke this contract with an explicit statement. You may use our sample cancellation form for this purpose; however, this is not compulsory. In terms of adhering to the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising the right to cancellation before the cancellation deadline expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If you revoke this contract, we are to immediately pay you back all payments that we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery instead of the most affordable standard delivery offered by us) within 14 days at the latest, starting from the day we receive the notification of your cancellation of the contract. For this repayment, we use the same payment method that you used with us for the initial transaction unless we have specifically arranged something else with you. We will not charge you for this repayment under any circumstances. We may refuse payment until we have received the returned products from you or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the products, depending on which is the earliest date. If you have received products in relation to the contract, you are to immediately return the products either via post or in person within 14 days at the latest, starting from the day that you informed us on the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is adhered to if you send the products before the deadline of 14 days passes. We only cover the costs of returning products if you use the return label provided by easybell for returning parcels. Otherwise, you cover the costs of returning the products. You only have to cover any possible loss of value for the product if the handling of the products other than is necessary to test the condition, properties and functionalities can be traced back to you. If you have requested that services begin before the cancellation deadline, you are to pay us an appropriate amount. This amount corresponds to the proportion of services already provided by us at the time you inform us that you are exercising your right to cancellation in relation to this contract, as opposed to the total value of the services specified in the contract.
