Online dispute resolution
Information on consumer dispute settlement in accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSG)
To settle a dispute with easybell about the cases mentioned in § 47a TKG, the customer can initiate an arbitration procedure by submitting an application to the consumer arbitration board for telecommunications of the Federal Network Agency in Bonn (consumer arbitration board).
